I celebrate and re-interpret long established customs with performance, print & video. My practice deals with craft, tradition and rituals which I reinvent with collaborators and local communities. Slavic rituals are often my starting point. As a UK-based Czech artist and a mother, I also explore other cultures’ customs and universal ideas of motherhood and community.
